Plasticization of aluminum profiles

In addition to anodizing, we offer you profile plasticization.

Polyester powder is applied to the previously prepared surface of the aluminum profile by electrostatic painting technology. The function of electrostatic painting is twofold: surface protection of profiles and aesthetics. This technology allows you an unlimited number of colors for profiles with different textures and surfaces.

Maximum profile length:  7000 mm

layer thickness: from  60  to 100 μm.

For extreme conditions of profile use, special preparation of the profile surface is applied.
