Tehnology
Technological process in Alpro is divided in 4 parts: extrusion, powder coating, anodizing and plant for accessories and profiles with thermal brake. All plants are situated in building with total size more then 13500 sqm. Near to main plants we have space with electric supply plants, warehouses and plant for waste water cleaning.
- Extrusion plant
- In extrusion plant we produce various kinds of profiles for architectural application, transportation, decoration profiles, standard profiles, profiles for electric and mechanic industry and profiles according to customers design. Simple profiles have 200 mm diameter and complex profiles have less diameter. Maximal length of profiles is 12m for artificially aged profiles and for naturally aged profiles length can be more. Standard length of profiles is 6 or 6,5m.
Better mechanical properties of profiles we provide by process of artificially ageing.
We produce profiles according to standards JUS.C.C3.220 and DIN 17611. Standard alloy of Aluminium is AlMgSi0,5 or 6060.
Equipment in extrusion plant is from Farrell (USA), Ajax Magnethermic (USA), Danieli Breda (Italy) and Commetal (Italy).

- Powder coating plant
- In powder coating plant we paint profiles with polyester powder. To provide excellent adhere of color on surface of profiles, we use special process of profiles preparation ALFI COAT 748. We paint profiles according to standard RAL-RG631. Maximal length of profiles that we can paint is 7m. Equipment in powder coating plant is from Italtechno (Italy) and Gema (Swiss).
- In powder coating plant we paint profiles with polyester powder. To provide excellent adhere of color on surface of profiles, we use special process of profiles preparation ALFI COAT 748. - Anodizing plant
- In anodizing plant we make surface protection and coloring of profiles by treatments: anodizing, electrolytic and chemical coloring. There is possibly to obtain colors in spectrum from light bronze to dark brown shades. Maximal length of profiles that we can paint in this plant is 8m and constructions with maximal dimensions 8x0,8x2m. All profiles we are anodizing according to standards JUS.C.T7.220 and DIN 17615.Equipment in anodizing plant is from Walgren (USA).
- In anodizing plant we make surface protection and coloring of profiles by treatments: anodizing, electrolytic and chemical coloring. - Plant for accessories and thermal brake profiles
- In this part of factory we produce profiles with thermal brake using polyamides with fiber glass. This kind of technology provides possibility to paint thermal brake profiles after assembling. We are very proud with excellent thermal characteristics of ours profiles. Also, in this plant we produce arc from profiles according to customer's drawings. We produce accessories for ours Aluminium systems. Equipment is from FOM (Italy) and 3C (Italy).
- In this part of factory we produce profiles with thermal brake using polyamides with fiber glass. This kind of technology provides possibility to paint thermal brake profiles after assembling.
